FAQ’s

As flowers are an organic material, they will fade over time, but this will take many years if frame is kept in the right environment. Keep frame away from direct sunlight and away from anywhere where moisture or humidity may affect it, such as a bathroom.

Some flowers press better than others such as purple flowers tend to keep their colour well, but white flowers change to a yellowish colour. Even when flowers fade, they are still beautiful.

We try to press as much of the bouquet as possible, however only the flowers in the best condition and best quality will be used. Flowers that are too dry or in poor condition will be discarded.

To achieve the best results, we need to receive your flowers no later than 3 – 4 days after event.  If flowers arrive later than 4 days and are in a condition that we deem unsatisfactory for pressing you will be notified, and photo sent to you and flowers will be discarded.

If shipping flowers, they will need to express posted on the morning of the first working day after your event.

Once your date is reserved and deposit received, you’ll receive a shipping guide with instructions to follow and best care instructions for your flowers.

Your pressed flowers will last for years and generations to come if displayed and cared for correctly. Fading will naturally occur overtime as flowers are an organic material. We recommend you display your frame away from direct sunlight, windows, air vents and not in an area with moisture or humidity.

We don’t want anyone to miss out!  However, it depends on press availability for that date. It is best to get in touch with us and we can go from there.

Although we think the change of colour in some petals is beautiful, we reserve the right to colour correct where necessary.

Some petals (not all) can fade and dull in the press and we use specialised methods to brighten them.

Unfortunately, we do not accept any flowers that have already been dried as they are too fragile for our pressing methods.

We will only accept all white bouquets if there is a mix of different types of white flowers and a good amount of greenery. It can be tricky to press all white bouquets as there is not enough variety.

Thick and very dense flowers don’t press as well, such as succulents. You can contact for further information on this.
